Fall protection must be provided when the fall height is 2 m or more or when there is a risk of falling. A risk assessment must always be performed.

Can e.g. lifting straps be used as fall protection?

No. All fall protection equipment must be EN approved as fall protection.

When should you inspect your fall protection?

Employers are legally obligated to perform annual inspections.

Who can inspect fall protection?
