The Elementric drip mat is a next-generation leak sensor, specially developed for multi-family buildings and professional property management. With its unique slim design and external sensor cable, Dripspy can be installed in the most critical risk areas of the kitchen – under refrigerators, dishwashers and in sink cabinets – where traditional sensors often fail.

The LoRa device has a retry mechanism to ensure that its status is reported to the server and app. The basic “heartbeat" period is 12 hours, and each message from the device is followed by an acknowledgement message from the server. If the device does not receive an acknowledgement, the message is sent again. The retry period depends on whether the last device status was reported successfully or not.
