Pipe freeze protection is used in spaces that are unheated or have a tendency to freeze in winter. The freeze protection cable protects water pipes in summer cottages, wells, work sheds, barns, stables, cold garages, suspended foundations and other spaces or plants. It is completely free from PVC and lead and is therefore the best alternative from an environmental point of view. Approved for both external and internal pipe installation.

The cable is self-regulating and automatically controls the output according to the ambient temperature. It gives somewhat more output in internal installations compared to external and manages to freeze-protect pipes up to 50 mm at -25°C, provided that the pipe has at least 30 mm insulation or is buried at least 50 cm deep. For internal installation, a watertight lead through is used (Part no. 8935000) which is ordered separately. Output: 10W/m at +5°C in metal pipe.

The cable must, irrespective of length, always be connected to 230 V and protected by a 30 mA earth fault breaker. It has a homogeneous self-regulating core for optimum heat conduction. A multi-purpose braid for optimum electrical protection and excellent insulation properties. Plug IP44 and 2 m connecting cable. Approved by Semko for installation in pressurised drinking water pipes.

Ceiling luminaires with a modern design language for indoor installation. Available in two sizes where the smaller can be set in three power steps 24W-18W-10W (2400lm-1800lm-1000lm) and the larger in two steps 38W-29W (3800lm-2900lm). Both sizes can be adjusted between 3000K and 4000K. All adjustment takes place with dip switches on the luminaire before assembly. The smaller luminaire is available as on/off and with HF sensor and background light. The sensor fixture cannot be used to control additional fixtures. The sensor fixture does not work optimally in rooms with irregular ceiling height and is therefore not recommended for e.g. stairwells. Kit for sealing medium-sized openings (5 dm²) for cables, ladders, pipes and ventilation ducts. The kit contains 2 tubes of FSS-3000, aluminium silicate wool for insulation. 1 putty knife and instructions for use. Fire-classification 60 is achieved if an insulation material is installed to a filled depth of 100 mm and thereafter a sealing compound is applied to a thickness of 12 mm.
