Which personal data is processed and how is such processing activity carried out?
When you visit us, we may ask you to enter your name, telephone number, which company you represent and whom with us, you are about to meet in our visitor system. Once completed, the person that you are about to meet will receive a message that you have arrived. You will, if applicable, receive a confirmation message that the person you are going to visit is on his/her way to meet you. The person you visit is responsible for you during your time at LC.
If you wish to drive or park a vehicle in our area, we register your registration number, your vehicle type, and check your ID (driver's license) in connection with entry, at the guard.
Registered personal data may be processed in relation to incidents, for example to generate an evacuation list in the event of a fire, to investigate an incident involving a vehicle, or to be able to make a police report in case of suspected crime.
We may conduct security screenings in our area including at our premises. In case of such, you may be asked to present your bag and its content to a staff member of the security company that we cooperate with.
Legal ground and your rights
We base our processing of your personal data on a legitimate interest. I.e., the processing activity is necessary to administer your visit, wish to drive/park of a vehicle in our area and for security purposes to know who is in our area and at our premises in the event of an incident, such as a fire and other situation.
We process your social security number to be able to identify you securely.
In cases where we process information about violations of the law, our processing of this information is necessary for the establishment, enforcement, or defense of legal claims.
In cases where we disclose information to authorities, on their request, such action (s) is necessary to fulfill legal obligations that lies on us according to the regulations of investigation and supervision.
In the event of security screenings, we process your personal data based on a legitimate interest. I.e., the processing activity is necessary, to make sure that property for which belongs to us is not removed from our area, including premises (Logistic Center) unlawfully.
For how long are we storing the personal data?
The personal data processed, related to the visit, is stored for 30 days from the day of the visit.
Data Controller, Recipients and Data Processors
Ahlsell Sverige AB is the Data Controller for the processing activity.
We hire Data Processors for the provision of visitor system and security services.
In the event of an incident or an accident in our area and at our premises, we may disclose your personal data to the emergency services.
In relation to a creation/filing of a police report, an ongoing investigation, or a supervisory activity, we may disclose your personal data to the authorities.

Purpose of the personal data processing
We monitor our area including our premises (Logistic Center) with the help of cameras to prevent, avert and to deter crime.
Personal data processing
When you are in areas, our premises, that are monitored by cameras, we process the images of you captured by the camera. We do not record sound.
We only access video material if an incident has occurred. We provide visual material to authorities, law enforcement, if a crime is suspected.

We store recorded material (visual) for 30 days.

Recorded material (visual) is available for our Personal Data Processor (s) i.e., partner (s) (company) carrying out camera surveillance on our behalf.
We provide recorded material (visual) to authorities, law enforcement, if a crime is suspected.
