Shelly Flood Gen4 – Smart water and leak sensor. Shelly Flood Gen4 detects even the smallest leaks before they develop into costly damage. You get instant notifications directly on your mobile and full integration into your smart home. Perfect for basements, kitchens, laundry rooms, garages and holiday homes. Unlike traditional sensors with metal legs, Shelly Flood Gen4 uses a 2 meter long sensing cable where the entire cable registers water. The cable can be extended up to 150 meters and cover large areas – for example, the entire basement or all kitchen cabinets.

With its multi-protocol chip, Shelly Flood Gen4 works via WiFi and Zigbee and is also Matter compatible. It can be configured in the Shelly Smart Control app or integrated into over 200 systems, including Google Home, Apple HomeKit, Amazon Alexa, Homey, Home Assistant, SmartThings and KNX.

Note: Zigbee is only supported via third-party platforms. WiFi is required for the Shelly Smart Control app.

Extend the detection range of your Shelly Flood Gen4 (3800238071714) with this Leak Sensor Cable and get even better monitoring and protection against water damage. The cable extends the coverage area by 2 meters and can be expanded with multiple extensions up to a total of 150 meters. This way you can monitor even larger spaces or hard-to-reach areas such as entire basements, kitchen cabinets or along pipework. The entire length of the cable acts as a sensor and registers even the smallest water leaks - for fast reaction and maximum protection.

Shelly Flood S Gen4 is a smart water and leak sensor that detects even the smallest traces of water before they develop into expensive damage. Instead of a sensor cable, it uses three large stainless steel sensor surfaces, integrated into the base, and also registers clean water with low conductivity – such as condensation from air conditioning or distilled water. The ultra-slim, low-profile design easily slides under appliances and into tight spaces.
It supports two modes – Flood Detection and Rain Detection – and three alarm profiles: Intense, Normal and Economic. With an IP67 enclosure and built-in buzzer, it provides both immediate notifications on your phone and local alarm on site.
Easy to install and control via the Shelly Smart Control app or your preferred smart home system such as Home Assistant, Homey, SmartThings, Google Home, Amazon Alexa and Apple Home. Shelly devices work 100% locally and only need a local network to function.
Application areas:
•Under appliances: slide the sensor under washing machine, dishwasher or refrigerator and catch leaks at the source.
