Use: For splicing Earth cable, 3-wires 24kV.
PLEASE NOTE! The joint allow jacket testing.
Standard: CENELEC HD 629.1.S1, IEC 61238–1 (joint sleeve).
Design: Inner and outer sleeves are expanded so that they can be applied and then heat-shrunk. The lines are spliced with the supplied screw splicing casings, which include an integrated element in the screws, and which detach when the required torque is achieved. After cable preparation, fold a field-control cloth above the splicing sleeve and the tubes are shrunk in order to achieve field control and full insulation. The shield wires are spliced with supplied screw joint sleeves.
