Shrink-splice kit set for plastic insulated cables, 3-, 4- and 5-wire Al and Cu. Shrink splice consisting of 4 resp., 5 shrink tubes for insulation over splice sleeves, 1 shrink tube for restoration of the sheath. Shrink tubes are thick-walled and are made of modified polyolefin. The pipes are internally coated with polymeric adhesive. The adhesive melts when the pipe heats up and achieves a very good seal against the cable insulation and sheath.
Use: For splicing 1 kV plastic-insulated (PEX, PE, PVC) cables, 3- and 4-wire, with or without screen, and 5-wire. For press sleeve.
