Long-distance communication module LoRa Add-on

Shelly LoRa Add-on is a flexible expansion module that enables long-distance communication of up to 5 km in free air using LoRa technology. The module is specially designed as an accessory for Shelly Gen3 and Gen4 devices, where it is simply clicked into place. The LoRa module can both transmit and receive signals, making it possible to create mesh networks and cover large areas - perfect for smart control of, for example, street lighting or technical installations.

Examples of application areas:
- Smart street lighting: Automatically adjust the brightness according to traffic, weather and time of day. Real-time error reporting reduces downtime and maintenance.
- Remote control of technical facilities: Control pumps, lighting and power supply in remote installations with immediate error messages.
- Parking garages: Reduce energy consumption with automatic light dimming based on activity, and get integrated error reporting for maximum operational reliability.
- Warehouse automation: Automate lighting and energy management in warehouses to optimize energy consumption and get quick information in the event of any errors.
