Telecoms box 240 is a modular system of lockable enclosures made of acid-resistant stainless steel. Features high flexibility and simple handling. O-ring and V-clamp are used for sealing to guarantee tightness corresponding to IP-68. The enclosures are suitable for demanding environments, and with desiccant, the box remains moisture free even under extreme conditions. The circular shape unifies the demand for flexible and compact container with the desire to store the fibres in soft circular loops with large bending radius. Telecombox 240 is tested by Telias and complies with its joint box requirements (SOK 19850322).
TS Splice box allows branching on a cable length without at the same time having to break or cut existing fibres in the cable. TS splice box is supplied with an oval cable entry and heat shrink hose for the cabel, as well as with equipment consisting of a tension reliever, fastenings for multi cassettes and holders for fibre loops. Furthermore there is a connection hole in the box for two optional cable transitions or alternatively for blind fittings. Multi cassette for fibre splices For secure organisation and storage of the fibre splices use the requisite number of multi cassettes. cable grommets, Multi cassettes and blind fittings are ordered separately. With clamp, the box can easily be locked with padlock. Delivery includes emery cloth, desiccants, heat-shrink tubing, branch clamp and assembly instructions.
