Standard distribution boxes pre-connected for surface mounting, G-pack
Garo
Standard distribution boxes pre-connected for surface mounting, G-pack
Art. no.: 2178976
Plastic distribution boxes for surface mounting in wall, ready fitted. The distribution boxes are entirely made of halogen free plastic material and equipped with quick connection blocks. With simple attachment the entire internal structure is held in place and when installed or adjusted, everything can be folded out, providing a comfortable workspace that helps simplify the final assembly of the outbound cables. This contributes to ensuring the complete distribution box regarding the risk of overflow and the emergence of arcs between incompletely connected conductors. The depth behind the DIN rails is 23 mm in the plastic enclosure. The cabinet is always supplied with a door that can be reversed if necessary.
The 1-row distribution box is pre- equipped with 1 HB 40A, 1 JFB 4-pole/40A, 2 C110 and 3 C116
The 2-row distribution box is pre- equipped with 1 HB40A, 1 JFB 4-pole/40A, 7 C110 and 3 C116
The 3-row distribution box is pre- equipped with 1 HB 40A, 1 JFB 4-pole/40A, 10 C110 and 3 C116
Distribution boxes with figure -6 after the type number are equipped with 6kA automation

Inserts time & temp. controlled without gauge
Garo
Inserts time & temp. controlled without gauge
Art. no.: 2449214
Insert AELN with repetitive time and temperature controlled outlets without measurement. The inserts are equipped with 2 shock outlets with separate personal protection switches and with illuminated overlay, sockets and setting buttons. The time and temperature controlled socket is controlled by the set departure time and by the current outdoor temperature, has a maintenance-free capacitor backup which means that they can handle a power failure of up to 48 hours without losing their settings. The components are mounted on a DIN rail, which makes any replacements very easy. All AELN inserts have a maximum switch-on time of 3 hours for the time- & temp-controlled outlets and automatic summer / winter time. The insert is compatible and can also be used in previous P100 enclosures.

High-power fuse “Swedish design" 24kV
Ifö Electric
High-power fuse “Swedish design" 24kV
Art. no.: 2059184
Sub-field fuses - Back-up fuses are designed for short disconnection times in the event of arc failure on the low voltage side of the distribution transformers.
The fuses are intended as current limiting / short-circuit protection, which will trigger all currents between its maximum breaking current Imax (I1) down to the Imin (I3) value.
The fuses correspond to the requirements of the older Swedish test standard 17A- "Swedish fusing" through:

• The switch-off time is adapted to the rated current of the fuse (safe disconnection at 0.1s)
• The rated current of the fuse corresponds to the requirements of being greater than 1.1 times the rated current of the transformer.
• The fuses meet the requirements for the connection currents according to 17A.

The fuses are also dimensioned to allow the transformers to run with 40% overload for 2 hours. The fuses are tested and approved in accordance with current test standard IEC 60282-1 and VDE 0670 T4.
Dimensionally, the fuses meet DIN 43625 and are designed for use both indoors and outdoors. The low effect losses in the fuses make them suitable for use in encased switchgear. In these applications where cooling is reduced, the effect loss of the fuse should be considered when selecting rated current of the fuse. The fuses are lead- and cadmium free and equipped with striking pin, type medium 80 N (Newton). The entire range extends to 12 kV from 6A-160A and for 24 kV from 4A-125A. the fuses have clear marking with technical data and E-number to avoid mistakes as well as reinforced marking around the entire fuse body of the striking pin position. This marking simplifies post-checking of the mounting direction to ensure the function of the striking pin. The striking pin is activated either by melted melting conductors or via built-in temperature sensors.

Earth fault breaker 2-pole type A, Quick Connect
Hager
Earth fault breaker 2-pole type A, Quick Connect
Art. no.: 2163812
Earth fault breakers are used as personal or installation protection for conduction to earth that is greater than 10, 30 or 300 mA. All earth fault breakers are surge-proof, which means that they are protected against unnecessary disconnections from electric mains due to transients or what we call spikes. All earth fault breakers type A are DC pulse sensitive and can thus break the main circuit in the event of fault currents other than sinusoidal. A new DIN rail bracket with an advanced attachment mechanism means you can easily disconnect products from the DIN rail. A transparent protective cover for the marking areas on Hager’s new-generation modular components. To open and apply the marking strip, simply press the lower edge. Semilog labelling program can be downloaded at hager.se. Earth fault breaker with soft leads can be connected under phase rail with screw connectors. The phase rail is simply pressed into place; you need never re-tighten. NOTE: Hager’s KDNxxx phase rail must be used.
Earth fault breaker 5SV3 4-pole
Siemens
Earth fault breaker 5SV3 4-pole
Art. no.: 2167740
An earth fault breaker is used as a supplementary protection to prevent personal injury and fires caused by an electric overload through insulation errors, damage or unintentional contact. For personal protection, and earth fault breaker is used with 10 or 30 mA error current sensitivity and for fire protection, and earth fault breaker with max 300 mA error current sensitivity is used. Earth fault breaker type A can handle detecting both alternating current and pulsating direct current errors. Each earth fault breaker must have its own neutral base/neutral bar, and neutral must be separated from the protective conductor. Earth fault breaker is connected upstream of the group or electrical apparatus to be protected. The earth fault breaker’s must be checked frequently with the test button that is on every earth fault breaker. When the test button is pressed, a fault current is simulated and the earth fault breaker must trigger.
