The cable is insulated with Mica tape + colored PEX and a screen of copper wires with counter-helix. The cable is constructed according to SS 424 14 18. The conductors have a wire count and resistance according to IEC 60228 class 2. The parts are color-coded according to SS 424 17 20. The sheath is marked with type/manufacturer/year+month/meter marking, color orange. Fiber optic cable of the type GAHSQ (formerly called GASQBDUV) is a track cable with ribbon fiber. The cable is intended for use in local area networks, area networks and property area networks.
