CPS electronic vacuum meter VG200W is a high-precision digital vacuum meter that provides accurate vacuum measurements when vacuuming heat pumps, air conditioners and cooling and freezing systems. A pressure between atmospheric pressure and 0 microns can either be read on the 5-digit screen on the vacuum meter or via Bluetooth on the mobile through the free CPS Link app. The CPS Link app has several useful functions that facilitate your work, such as a logging function, geographical location, the ability to save jobs for different customers and set high and low pressure alarms and more. Other advantages of the VG200W are that it has an advanced sensor with automatic temperature compensation that can be cleaned in the field. EarthCare Monopropylene glycol is formulated on a recycled glycol, which means an environmental advantage in the form of reduction of CO 2 emissions compared to a product that is not based on recycled raw material (calculated by RISE). It is available as a concentrate to ready-mixed 30%. Assessed by both Byggvarubedömningen and Sunda Hus. EarthCare Monopropylene Glycol is compatible with most metals except zinc. The hot heat transfer fluid can dissolve zinc and should therefore not be used in galvanized pipelines. EarthCare Monopropylene Glycol has a wide range of uses and provides long-lasting protection with high performance. Added corrosion inhibitor is nitrite, amine, phosphate, borax and silicate free which makes it gentle on pipelines and pumps. EarthCare Monopropylene glycol is an uncoloured product, as paint additives are not environmentally friendly. This product is designed to be used for all real estate and process applications. Air conditioning (HVAC), cooling and heat recovery systems, geothermal and rock heating, sprinkler systems and solar panels, but can also be used in secondary cooling systems for leisure facilities such as ice rinks and solar panels. Monopropylene glycol is low toxic, which makes it suitable for use in the food industry in the above-mentioned plants. The new testo 565i vacuum pump performs vacuum extraction of refrigeration systems and heat pumps completely automatically thanks to the connection to the testo 552i vacuum sensor. When the desired vacuum target value is reached, the pumping stops automatically and a vacuum hold test starts simultaneously. This safely removes foreign gases and moisture, and information about the system's tightness is saved. The data logging function ensures complete documentation. The maximum permitted internal working pressure of the pipes is nominal and based on calculations of technical instructions of DKI 1/99. In the calculation, the max. working pressure was calculated from a soft annealed copper tube with Rm = 200 N/mm2 with a safety factor of 3.5 and the working temperature is at + 20° C. The calculation only includes the copper pipe, not couplings.
