Samsung EHS R290 air/water outdoor unit
Samsung's latest addition to the EHS heat pump range, the EHS Mono R290, offers a new solution for residential homes. The new models use R290 as a refrigerant. R290 has a much lower global warming potential (GWP factor) of only 3 compared to the refrigerants R32 (=675) and R410A (=2,088).
EHS Mono R290 and EHS Mono R290 Pump are available in a wider range of capacities to suit the needs of different projects – 5, 8, 12, and 16 kW. The 5 and 8 kW units have a height of only 850 mm, while the larger units of 12 and 16 kW are approximately 1,000 mm. Their sleek and compact design fits in all environments.

• 100% efficiency at -10°C with high 55°C supply temperature.
• Produces high supply temperatures at
-10°C = 75°C (65°C at -25°C).

Thanks to new noise reduction technology, the EHS Mono HT Quiet operates quietly, with noise levels as low as 35 d(BA) with a 4-step quiet mode.
Multi-Serration fan reduces fan noise by minimizing air vortices from the fan blades.
2-layer insulation with Groove Grid Felt
The 2-layer insulation consists of compression felt on the compressor and a casing inside the cabinet that effectively blocks noise. The casing is made of a high-performance material with a patented Groove Grid Felt design, which absorbs the various sounds generated by the compression parts and vibrations.
Spring sleeve for compressor mounting absorbs the vibrations produced by the compressor and minimizes disturbing resonance noise.
Reinforced crankshaft in the compressor reduces low-frequency resonance noise.
Quiet Mark certificate EHS Mono HT Quiet has received the Quiet Mark certificate. The Quiet Mark certificate is applicable only for the UK and EU.
