Enclosure NK Normel

The well/known enclosures NK for NORMEL distribution systems, have been developed to provide easier mounting. Enclosures now come in two versions:
- Outer enclosure with closed sides – NKxxxY
- Inner enclosure with openings in the sides – NkxxxI
For a distribution box an outer enclosure is always required, which contains closed side ends for both outer sides of the distribution box. In addition, a number of inner enclosures are required with openings for line laying between the cabinets. These two versions replace enclosures with knockout holes in the sides. I.e that work to break out openings is to be discontinued. For expansion of an existing distribution box an outer enclosure is used (and possibly one or more inner enclosures depending on the size of the expansion). In the side of the existing distribution box and on the new distribution box section opening(s) are made for line laying, for bigger line laying suitable loose side is used with openings - NKSPxxI.
