Execution:
XTS 4, 3-phase rails consist of an extruded aluminum profile, plastic insulating profile, phase conductor and neutral conductor.
The extruded aluminum profile is black and is also available anodised in natural colour, Alu or white lacquered.
Phase and neutral conductors consist of 4 mm² copper.
The busbar's phase and neutral conductors at both ends must be bent at a 90° angle before they can be connected with connectors.
The rail is delivered in standard lengths: 1, 2, 3 and 4 meters.
If necessary, it can then be cut to the desired length on site.
The conductor ends are then bent inwards with a small special tool, XTSV 12.
The position of the copper conductor is checked with the opposite side of the tool.
Assembly:
The rails can be mounted close to the ceiling, on pipe pendants, wire pendants or in ceiling ducts.
Recommended attachment distance 1000 mm. Maximum torque 2.5 Nm.
Adapter:
Luminaires are connected to the rail with an adapter."
