Spotline is a complete contact rail system for 230 V 1-phase. The small dimensions give the system a wide are of usage - suits smaller shops, offices and home environments. The system contains rails, spotlights and accessories. Here is the ordering information for spotlights, rails and accessories.
There is even a complete set available with spotlights, rails, splices and connection devices. All rails are supplied complete with a connection devices end cover and a straight splice piece. The Spotline-rail can be cut if required. Corner piece, T-joint, fixed pendant and wire hanger are ordered as accessories.
The earth lead runs down one of the rail’s edges which means that accessories are available in right and left designs. This is important, primarily if you build bigger systems with corners and T-pieces. With the complete set and rails the accompanying connection device is a left hand side version. There is even a fixed ceiling fixture available for the system for single installation of an adapter spotlight.
According to the heavy current regulations 230 V-rails, in normal cases, shouldn’t be mounted at a lower height than 2.2 m. The whole system with spotlights and other fixtures is IP 20 and only intended for dry environments. The rails should be installed firmly by a qualified contractor. The Aluminium rails is mounted directly on the ceiling or at a distance with a pendant. The earth lead’s placement on one side of the rail means that the accessory is available in a Left or Right version. This is important primarily in larger systems with L and T joints. Each rail is delivered with a connection device (left), end cover and straight splice. Power supply: 230 V, 1-phase. Max load: 2300 W.
