Master Rust Protection Zinc is used to protect iron and steel surfaces, weld seams, etc., from corrosion. The finished paint film contains at least 90% zinc, which electrochemically bonds to iron or steel surfaces with the help of air moisture. The product is self-healing in the event of mechanical damage due to the zinc's ability to spread over the exposed surface. Rust Protection Zinc provides rust protection comparable to hot-dip galvanizing but can be applied directly on-site.
