Compact silencer CLA-B (for circular channels) is a rectangular silencer for connection to circular channels. CLA-B is equipped with an acoustic center beam for improved sound attenuation data. The construction height is as much as 80 mm lower than the corresponding conventional muffler. The sound-absorbing material of dimension 500-800 ISOVER Cleantec® PLUS, is a type-approved insulation material consisting of long-fiber compressed mineral wool. The mineral wool is covered with a microperforated aluminum foil. ISOVER Cleantec® PLUS is type approved for wet cleaning with a plastic wiper or even with a high-pressure cleaner. Of course, it also meets current standards regarding cleansing, fiber suppression, age resistance,
emissions etc. according to type approval number 2706/92. Connection sockets are equipped with a rubber gasket. CLA-B is manufactured as standard in galvanized sheet steel.
