Product description
NordicFlow® threaded pipe is manufactured according to EN 10255. The pipes are cold-formed, longitudinally welded and precision cut. C factor is 130 and the pipe is factory threaded in accordance with ISO 7/1- EN10226-1/EN10226-2. The pipes are blasted and wet painted in gray (RAL 7012) with 30 μm for corrosivity class C1 and C2. They are available in 6 and 3 meter lengths.

Product description
NordicFlow® lightweight pipe is manufactured according to EN 10217-1 and is approved by FM. The pipes are cold-formed, longitudinally welded and precision-cut. C factor is 130 and the pipe is factory grooved according to OGS (Original Grooving System) in accordance with AWWA-C606. The pipes are blast-blasted and are available in two finishes. Epoxy powder coated pipes in gray (RAL 7012) with 70 μm for corrosivity class C1 and C2 and hot-dip galvanized surface treatment for corrosivity class C3. They are available in 6 and 3 meter lengths.

Approval
NordicFlow® Lightweight pipes have FM approval and the pipes are also FM approved together with PROFITS FITPRO (Ahlsell's quick coupling), butt coupling, and also with Victaulic 009N.
The painted pipes are tested in the salt spray test in accordance with UNI EN ISO 12944-6 for 480 hours with approved results.
In addition, Ahlsell has a certificate from SBSC and the products are assessed by Sundahus and the construction goods assessment.

The dry pipe valve is delivered fully assembled with Swedish trim. All components are marked according to the operation and maintenance instructions that accompany the delivery. The valve is made of a light ductile iron construction.
The valve has the following approvals: cULus, FM, CE and VdS.
The valve's low air pressure (only 0.6-1.7 bar) reduces the risk of ice jams and in some cases eliminates the need for an accelerator. This also minimizes the size of the air compressor or nitrogen gas system selected and thus reduces costs.

The dry pipe valve is easily reset from the outside via the external reset knob. This results in a time saving when the sprinkler system must be reset.
The product is supplied with a system shut-off valve downstream of the alarm valve.
