This smoke detector is connected to the 230V mains. The built-in backup battery is maintained charged by the mains voltage, which ensures operation in the event of a power failure. Connection with cable as standard and connected with phase, neutral and signal conductors, max. 2.5mm2 and 250m. If you instead want a wireless connection, you can connect the E6304285 radio module as an accessory. You cannot mix wireless and wired connections. Easy to install over a draft, on a ceiling box or surface-mounted cabling. With the FastFix system, it is easily mounted on an installed base. As additional accessories, there is a relay base for controlling external equipment such as door closers and strobe lights and the E6303351 remote control makes testing at high ceilings easier. Approved according to EN14604:2005/AC:2008 with a sound pressure of 85dBm at 3 meters. Supplied with mounting base, screw and plug, built-in rechargeable battery and Swedish user manual.
Note! This smoke alarm is not backwards compatible with smoke alarms E6303345, E6303346 or E6303347 nor with relay base E6303348 or radio module E6303349. The old mounting base can however be used.

Thanks to the reversible lens, different detection areas can be selected between 12 x 12 m wide beam (default) or 18 x 2 m long beam. The digital signal processor, a new design of the PIR element and spherical lens are developed for accurate and safe detection in the entire surveillance area. The connection terminals are easily removed from the detector to make it easier to connect the cables. The detector is approved for mounting between 2 and 3 m high. New modern design in Acrylonitrile plastic which makes it resistant to the influence of UV light, this means that the detector retains its white color. Multidimensional analysis (SMDA) and double-conductor shielding protect the detector from external interference.
