At other temperatures or humidity levels, it is recommended to wait 60 minutes. Once fully cured, FILLER becomes water-repellent and elastic, so it does not crack with material movements.

Fire panels TE & TD are mineral wool panels, single-sided and double-sided respectively, coated with Novatherm sealant 2FR-E. The exposed side is transformed into a thick foam layer when exposed to high temperatures during fire. The fine pore foam layer effectively suppresses heat flow to the base. In moist environments (RF>75%) Novatherm 2FR-E should be protected with approved topcoat. Both panels are registered in Basta.

Silicon adhesive/sealing products from Dow Corning have the following properties:
Temperature range: -65° to +350°C
Weather resistant: Silicone adhesive is very resistant to UV radiation and external environment so does not harden, crack and become brittle
Chemical-resistant: Silicon adhesive will not decompose even during long exposure

Acetic acid hardened silicone adhesive is normally the first choice because of the price and temperature resistance. These can withstand up to 275°C continuously and 350°C for a short duration depending on the product.
