Detail Cleaner is an alkaline, low-foaming detergent developed for the effective removal of soot, grease, dried oil, and other industrial contaminants. The product is suitable for a wide range of applications, including manual cleaning, CIP cleaning, carousel washing, ultrasonic cleaning, and other industrial washing processes, such as wheel-washing machines.

The cleaner is particularly well suited for use on sensitive metals such as aluminum, zinc, and titanium, without causing discoloration. The product is also effective on ferrous metals. Detail Cleaner removes animal and vegetable oils, fats, soot, and other industrial dirt.

The product contains a corrosion inhibitor that provides temporary rust protection. If the parts are not rinsed, a protective anti-corrosion film remains on the surface. Detail Cleaner can be painted over after cleaning.

The contact time depends on the degree of soiling, dilution ratio, and washing temperature. The general recommendation is 2–10 minutes. If necessary, the parts may be rinsed with water, preferably mixed with Detail Cleaner, to maintain corrosion protection.

The recommended working temperature is 20–90 °C for manual cleaning and 55–90 °C for carousel washing. Washing at lower temperatures is possible but may involve a risk of foaming. The addition of a defoaming agent eliminates foam issues. The product does not discolor sensitive metals.

Dilution instructions:

Carousel washing and ultrasonic cleaning: 1:20 – 1:50
Manual cleaning: 1:10 – 1:100
CIP cleaning: 1:20 – 1:100
