We can provide ventilation filters for all existing units on the market in all filter classes in glass fibre or synthetic media.
Frames are available in metal, wood or in plastic.
Filter class F6 & F7 in Microglass is P certified in accordance with SS EN 779:2002 & SPs certification rules for air filter SPCR 022.
Also Pleat filter, Pleated Panel filter, Flat filter on wire frame, Filter struts and distribution mats for Floormaster device, Pads, Örngott, Minimaster filter, Husqvarna filter, Metal filter, etc.
We will be happy to help you develop special solutions for your particular purpose. Such as filter cabinets, filter banks, etc.
The dimensions are available as standard or special sizes.
The requirements set by the Swedish National Testing and Research Institute of the least degree of separation for the various filter classes are set out in the table below.
The average degree of separation must exceed the minimum degree of separation at 0.4 amp; 0.85 µm. Our test values are shown as a comparison in the table.
How to order:
Filter dimensions are always expressed as W x H x L . ( Dimensions in mm )
The length is always measured from the frame’s leading edge to the rear edge of the bag.
The bags are always vertical
Frame thickness (T) is usually 25mm
