High-performance ceramic anti-spatter spray that provides long-lasting protection against spatter buildup on the burner and welding equipment.
The ceramic coating protects gas nozzles, contact tips, and contact tip holders during MIG/MAG welding, even at higher currents and temperatures. CRC Torch Ceramic Anti Spatter provides the ultimate protection and eliminates the risk of excessive spatter on consumables. CRC Torch Ceramic Anti Spatter is a boron nitride coating with adhesive properties at high temperatures.
FEATURES:
• Leaves a dry, white, and thin ceramic protective coating
• Long-lasting protection (± 8 hours)
• Temperature resistant, up to 900 °C in air and up to 2000 °C under inert conditions
• Silicone-free
• Fast-drying (+/- 15 s)
• Excellent surface adhesion
• No halogenated components
