Tigrod ESAB OK 4043

OK Tigrod 4043 is a silicon-alloyed aluminum wire for gas metal arc welding of Al-Si alloys with silicon contents up to 7% corresponding to EN-AW-6063, EN-AW-6082, EN-AW-42000, EN-AW-42100. OK Autrod 4043 is one of the most used alloy types for welding and brazing and can be considered a universal solution as a filler material. The silicon content provides good fluidity of the molten metal with excellent wetting properties, making it a good choice for the welder. The alloy is not sensitive to cracking and produces a bright, nearly soot-free weld. This alloy type is not recommended for anodizing and cannot be heat-treated.
