This Scotch-Brite wheel is extremely soft and gentle, with silicon carbide grit that leaves smooth surfaces on stainless steel and other metals. The open fabric structure of these wheels is designed to remove surface contaminants while preventing them from setting back into the workpiece. Used primarily for stainless steel.
