3M Roloc Disc 777F is designed for both wet and dry applications. The disc features a blend of ceramic and aluminum oxide abrasive minerals that are self-sharpening and provide improved durability and cutting performance compared to aluminum oxide alone. The water-resistant polyester backing is durable and supports use under medium pressure, allowing operation in wet or dry conditions. The Roloc attachment system enables quick and easy disc changes. A built-in coolant reduces grinding temperatures and helps protect heat-sensitive alloys such as stainless steel, nickel alloys, and titanium. The abrasive mineral is bonded to the backing with a heat-resistant resin that remains strong under pressure, heat, or water.
