Flap Disc Pferd Co-Freeze Conical

Flap disc designed for use with angle grinders. The abrasive consists of ceramic oxide grain (CO) with active grinding and a special cooling coating (FREEZE), which reduces heat build-up in the workpiece. This prevents heat discoloration and eliminates the need for reworking.
The flap disc is specifically adapted for processing stainless steel (INOX) and other materials such as cobalt-based alloys, nickel-based alloys (e.g., Inconel and Hastelloy), as well as nickel- or titanium-based superalloys. It is suitable for step-by-step fine grinding, surface grinding, and work on weld seams.
During use, the flaps exhibit an exceptional wear pattern after just a few seconds, creating a shiny cooling film on the flaps and enabling ultra-cool grinding. This results in fast work progress and high cost efficiency thanks to aggressive material removal and minimized spark formation.
