Cubitron II consists of precision moulded grinding minerals of ceramic aluminium oxide. The self sharpening triangles are worn down with time as they are used and new sharp edges are created continuously which cut like a knife through metal. The fibre pad 982C is ideal for use on carbon steel. It works faster, has a considerably longer service life and requires less pressure than conventional fibre pads. Application areas our, for example, grinding of welding joins, welding strands and edge work. For the best results, the serrated underlay plate shall be used.
