Securing for lighter loads. The pipe sleeves are designed to be used in the manufacture of concrete structures where some form of threaded securing is required. The pipe sleeves are made from cold-drawn precision steel pipes and are available in zinc-plated and stainless steel acid-proof versions. This type of pipe sleeve is sometimes referred to as dovetail. The pipe sleeves must not be used for lifting.
