Measuring and Regulating Damper PRA, Halton
Art. no.: 6642814
PRA is a cone-shaped iris damper and has manual adjustment with knob. The adjustment damper contains an adjustable cone and measuring socket for measuring the pressure difference in the air flow. The measuring damper housing and the cone-shaped iris blades are made of galvanized steel. The air flow calculation is based on measuring the pressure difference caused by the air flow over the damper cone. The adjustment damper is provided with an indicator and marking for the adjustment position which is used during cleaning. The installation direction of the damper must correspond to the air flow direction. The air flow direction is marked with an arrow on the housing. The height refers to the slider and is added to the diameter of the damper. The density class refers to the housing. Temperature range -30° C to +70° C

Shut-off damper PTS/A, Halton
Art. no.: 6642811
Halton PTS/A is a shut-off damper in tightness class 4 according to the standard EN 1751. It has rubber gaskets that guarantee low leakage flow when the damper is closed. PTS/A is available with manual control knob or with electric actuator for on / off or modulating control using a 0-10 VDC control signal. THIS IS THE MANUAL VARIANT. Normally, electric actuators are installed at the factory, but can also be mounted on site using a mounting kit. The mounting kit is an optional accessory that includes a motor shelf and a shaft extension for universal attachment of the actuator. The actuator and its bracket can be easily mounted using standard hand tools. The height refers to the slider and is added to the diameter of the damper. The density class applies to both casing and shut-off. The air flow is stated between qmin (1 m/s duct speed) and qmax (6 m/s duct speed).
