Cell rubber insulation AF/Armaflex, plates in rollers, pre-glued
Armacell
Cell rubber insulation AF/Armaflex, plates in rollers, pre-glued
Art. no.: 43511408
Insulation for pipes, ventilation ducts in cooling and climate control installations, as well as for installations where saving energy and preventing condensation are required.
Flexible insulating material with closed cells. Base made of synthetic rubber (elastomer). High water vapour impermeability µ >10000, High heat insulating capacity lambda < 0.033 W/m·K, guaranteed technical quality by means of externally monitored values. Temperature range -50 - +110°C (completely glued only +85°C). Fire class B L-s3,d0 (outer layer class II). Tg 3176/83: Pipe bushings
This typeis coated with glue and is applied directly to the surface without any extra glue. The surface should be cleaned with a cleaning agent meant especially for glue to achieve the best installation results.
Pipe Section 800 alu-armored Insulation thickness 50mm, Rockwool
Rockwool
Pipe Section 800 alu-armored Insulation thickness 50mm, Rockwool
Art. no.: 47025048
Pipe section 800 is a non-deformable pipe shell made of moisture- and water-repellent Rockwool . It has a good pressure strength and non-deformability are good which serves as a good underlayer cladding.
The pipe section is enveloped with reinforced aluminium foil that has an overlap with self-adhesive tape. The area of use for a pipe section is primarily heat- and condensation insulation both in industry and in the plumbing profession.
It has an effective insulating capacity and also functions at high temperatures; highest workable temperature is 650º and for an outer layer 80º. The product is spiral wound with galvanised steel wire. Meets water, ventilation and sanitation-AMA standards for A class. Type approval TG 0509/02.
Filt/Blanket Superwool Plus, 128kg/m3
Isoglas
Filt/Blanket Superwool Plus, 128kg/m3
Art. no.: 44804250
Blanket made of of mineral wool for temperatures up to 1200 C°. A durable blanket, also at temperatures over 190 C°, where a binder in "traditional mineral wool" normally begins to vapourise or burn up.
Superwool Plus is a successor to Superwool 607 with the same properties as its predecessor, but at the same time with a number of new improvements.
Another increase in the classification temperature, now up to 1200°C Contains abundant fibres, which gives the product both an increased durability but also much better insulating parametersLow content of gravel (residual product)A third density (weight/volume)
Taken all together, these advantages mean that now for the first time we can reduce weight without sacrificing performance. For that reason, another new weight class 64kg/m3 is now being introduced.
Superwool Plus 80kg/m3 can now be used where earlier it successor 607 96kg/m3 was used.
Superwool Plus 96kg/m3 can now be used where earlier it successor 607 128kg/m3 was used.
Superwool Plus. 128kg/m3 is now used with advantage there where it is needed: to reduce the outside temperature further, maintain inside temperature, and save energy, or when an even thinner insulation is desired.
With its elimination of binder, low content of “gravel" and an increased amount of fibre, and improved temperature eange Superwool Plus at the same time renders it possible to reduce weight while retaining performance of technical mineral wool products,
Superwool Plus is used to advantage where high demands are placed on vibration tolerance,, strength, and high-temperature tolerance, but also when you want to avoid “bad smells" and gases during production warm-ups, e.g., in ovens, hot pipes, heat-retaining equipment, boilers, etc,
Superwool Plus is totally inflammable.
