Dafo foam extinguishers filled with firefighting foam completely free from PFAS and fluorosurfactants. Previously, foam extinguishers contained film-forming foam, where fluorine was the ingredient crucial for high extinguishing efficiency.

However, fluorine affects the environment and poses a health risk to animals and humans. Therefore, foam extinguishers with fluorine will be phased out and eventually banned.

Dafo's fluorine-free foam extinguishers offer high extinguishing efficiency against both fire classes A and B.

Suitable areas of use are in public environments such as shops, assembly halls, and ships. They are ideal especially for all indoor use, where there are mixed fire risks but you want to avoid the mess of powder.
