This heater is advantageously installed in enclosures to prevent condensation, and to maintain an appropriate temperature. Owing to its design, a so-called "chimney effect" is formed that causes the air to rotate and thus effectively spreads the heat into the application. Heating source consists of PTC element. PTC is a ceramic blend that provides long service life, and is capable of being heated up for a long time. This is a semiconductor which adapts its output to the surrounding temperature. PTC-element has high starting current and provides full output almost immediately. The current later drops quickly and the element is thereafter self-regulating, in other words, the warmer the surroundings the less out the element delivers. Model CSF060 has integrated thermostat with permanently set value, which makes the installation very quickly and reliability very high. Integrated thermostat means less cabling that saves both time and money.

LED 025 is a modern and energy-efficient cabinet light that combines high performance with easy installation. With an impressive lifespan of 60,000 hours, multi-voltage and quick connection, it is an unbeatable choice for all types of panel and cabinet installations. The light has both a clip mount and a magnetic mount or screw mount. Clip is a type of screw mount, but where the light can be angled and also moved if necessary. LED025 is easy to connect in series in up to 10 units. This can be done easily by using a ready-made interconnecting cable. When it comes to connection, you can either buy separate connectors and wire it yourself, or buy pre-wired cables in 2 meter lengths. The pre-wired connectors are available with VDE or UL-approved cables.

The element prevents condensation and prevents corrosion and creep feeds. Profile casing is made of anodised aluminium and is the channel format for optimal heat dissipation. Power consumption and heat emission is controlled by built-in PTC resistor. To achieve the full regulation function within the predetermined temperature values the element must be connected via a thermostat (ETR). Is mounted vertically with the connection facing down on 35mm DIN rail. Is accompanied by safety barrier against vibration as standard. Interference filter is not needed.

EK cabinets are perfect for flexible installations, individual or combined. The material is polycarbonate (PC) which is highly impact resistant, good chemical resistance and is UV resistant. These properties make the encapsulations very useful in difficult environments, both indoors and outdoors. The EK cabinets have flange knock-outs in standard sizes FL13, FL21 and FL33. The sizes of the cabinets and placement of the flanges are adapted to be able to build together the cabinets into a larger system. All underneath parts have attachment heels for mounting plate and DIN rails. For those who use mounting screws with extra large heads, outer lugs can be purchased extra. The accessory assortment for the EK series is very large.
