The TKE series is specially developed to cover the need for condensers for many different types and sizes of cooling, freezing, and air conditioning plants. The whole series is designed around highly-efficient batteries with fins of specially-profiled aluminium and internally surface-expanded copper pipes sized for modern refrigerants. Fin spacing is 2.1 mm The condensers are supplied filled with dry air to 2 bar overpressure. The fan motors, which are of external rotor type, have Ø350 or Ø450mm vanes and the following data: 230V/1-phase/50-60Hz, 4- or 6-pole, IP44, built-in operating condenser, internal thermal protection, and with epoxy-treated fan grille. The batteries can be equipped with EC fans, among other extra features. All models have horizontal airflow (version H) as standard, but are also available for vertical airflow (version V). Vertical airflow requires extra equipment (support legs). TKE can also be ordered in a version adapted for CO₂, with circuit separation, or as a liquid cooler. A few models are presented in the tables below. The whole series covers the power range from 3.5 kW to 110 kW.
