Free-hanging, water-deflecting roof underlay for air-tight and diffusion-open roof constructions with an inclination down to 14°(1:4). Maximum c/c distance for roof beams 1200 mm. For roofs with roofing tiles or profiled plate. Mounted by attaching to roof beams in a direction transverse to the roof pitch. First width starting at the base and then overlapping up to the ridge or another connection. Air-tight seams are created in the overlap with the supplied adhesive tape. With underlying roof insulation, the air gap is eliminated complete towards the underside of the roof underlay. The product is approved and P-marked by Swedish Institute for Technical Approval in Construction (SITAC) in accordance with the construction rules of the Swedish National Board of Housing, Building and Planning.

T-Roof Yam 2000 is a dimensionally stable, water-repellent single-layer underlay felt. The product is made of a mineral felt core coated with SBS bitumen and a surface sprinkled with sand. Adhesive edges of bitumen with protective foil that is removed during installation.

Used as an underlay felt on nailable solid wooden substrates. For surface layers such as welded bitumen waterproofing, surface felt (non-weldable), and shingles. The surface layer dictates but with a minimum slope of 1.5° (approx. 1:40). For the minimum thickness of the substrate's wooden panel, see table AMA Hus -21, HSD.1331/1 (tongue and groove at least 23 mm). The substrate can consist of wooden panels, wooden elements, or plywood designed to limit movements in the joints, e.g., by being equipped with tongue and groove that are well joined.
