The DCG404 is a compact yet powerful 125 mm angle grinder with a brushless motor. Its lightweight, slim design reduces fatigue and allows for longer operation, while also making it easier to work in tight or hard‑to‑reach areas. The electronic brake stops the wheel quickly when the trigger is released, and the electronic clutch reduces kickback in the event of a bind or stall. The electronic soft start builds up speed gradually to prevent initial jolting at startup.

The grinder is equipped with mesh guards to prevent dust from being drawn into the motor, as well as a removable cut‑off guard that allows quick conversion to a grinding guard. The rubber‑coated handle provides improved grip and comfort. It also features a side handle with two mounting positions for increased safety and control.
