Professional Double Black / Silver includes all the favorite features you could wish for in a coffee maker, including automatic drip stops that make brewing extra convenient. The automatic power adjustment function adjusts the heat according to the amount of coffee. Two separate heating elements ensure the best possible brewing process. One heats the water to an optimal brewing temperature of 92-96 degrees Celsius, and the other ensures that the finished coffee maintains an optimal serving temperature. Professional Double Black / Silver also has a function for adjusting the effect of the hotplate, when you brew small amounts of coffee. All Moccamaster brewers, including the Moccamaster Professional Double, are approved by the European Coffee Brewing Center.
