S-KA through cut expander is a torque tightened expander for use in cracked and uncracked concrete. It can also be used for installation in homogeneous substrate as full brick (but max M8)) and natural stone. The expander is of even thickness and can therefore be installed directly through the component. It can be used indoors and in mostly dry areas.

1) Drill a hole according to the table in the mounting data below 2) Using a brush and blow pump, clean the hole 3) Push in the expander 4) Tighten the expander to the recommended torque.

U-rod with angle leg. Used as walling tie-rod in cavity wall and is combined with wall bracket (no. 12, 13, 14) for anchoring in underlying wall. The required length of the tie rod is determined by the air gap’s width and the anchoring length. For standard, module and facing bricks.

Mounting The U-rod is coupled with the chosen wall bracket and walled into two overhead horizontal joints. The anchoring length in the cavity wall must be at least 40 mm.

KBTM- Metal plug with internal thread for aerated concrete and expanded clay.

Internally threaded metal plug with rough external thread for pre-installation in expanded clay (Leca) and sealed types of aerated concrete. Suitable for use where fire resistance is required.
The rough outer thread provides a safe grip. Suitable screws are metric threaded screws and stud bolts. Can be mounted with drill/screwdriver with low torque or manually with an Allen key.

LYT LK SP- Cylindrical collar, zinc-plated nail. Time-saving, simple nail plug for light attachments.
European type approved, ETA 11/0487, approved for Uncracked concrete and Solid brick.

Ready to install light fittings in hard basic materials like concrete, brick and natural stone. LYT is a real "Quick plug" for push-through mounting. Just drill through the detail and hammer in until the plug is fully inserted. The plug itself is made of polyamide which provides the attachment with age-resistant grip in the substrate. The nail is made of hardened steel which is zinc-plated. The nail head has a pozidrive attachment in order that the nail can be removed. The plug collars act as insulating plastic washers, which prevents contact corrosion.

SPAX- Wood screw with mounting head for universal applications in wood construction. The mounting head increases retraction and penetration force.
Wirox surface treatment has a significantly higher surface hardness than, for example, plain yellow zinc plating or a zinc flake treatment. A higher resistance to damage to the surface coating reduces the risk of corrosion.

Phillips cross recess no. 2. Head Ø 7 mm. Mounting usage: A screwdriver with an RPM of 2.000 - 3.000 is recommended. Dimensioning approx. 20 per m2, screw distance 20 cm. Sharp tip with double-lead threads that grip immediately, penetrate very quickly into the steel frame at the same time that the grooves under the head embed the screw. Suitable for the installation of chipboard, plywood and OSB into steel frames with maximum thickness 1.0 mm. Bases and mouldings can also be secured into wooden frames.

Phillips cross recess no. 2. Head Ø 5,5 mm. Drill bit and threads designed for embedding into steel up to 2 mm. The grooves under the head embed the screw. Suitable for fitting mouldings and bases to steel frames.

Attachment section Square 1. Dimensioning: approx. 10-16 st/m². Reduced drill bit and threads designed for embedding into wood. The threads grip immediately and draw the screw into the wooden flooring at the same time as the head embeds by itself. Suitable for fitting floors and strips onto wooden joists.
