Tolerance on outer diameter D:

Outer diameter D≤88.9, Tolerance class D3, Permissible deviation +/-0.75% or +/-0.3mm. Whichever is greater.
Outer diameter D≤88.9, Tolerance class D4*, Permissible deviation +/-0.5% or +/-0.1mm. Whichever is greater.
Outer diameter D>88.9, Tolerance class D2**, Permissible deviation +/-1.0%.

*Tolerance class D4 if necessary against special manufacturing only and at extra cost.
**Tolerance class D2 on all pipes with D to T ratio below 10:1 and press-formed pipe socket tolerances are only guaranteed on pipe ends.

Tolerance on wall thickness T:

Tolerance class T3, Permissible deviation +/-10% or +/-0.2mm. whichever is greater.
