- that Ahlsell Sverige AB, in connection with this electronic application and the resulting business relationship, has provided information regarding the processing of personal data and therefore processes such data in accordance with Ahlsell’s policy on this matter. - that Ahlsell Sverige AB is entitled to obtain credit reports on the relevant legal entities and natural persons associated with the business;
- that the terms and conditions stated in this application shall take precedence over any other agreements or arrangements, whether entered into previously or to be entered into later, between the customer and Ahlsell Sverige AB;
- that purchases on credit shall be paid within 30 days from the date the credit purchase is invoiced (the invoice date);
- that in the event of payment after the due date, the customer shall pay default interest corresponding to the applicable reference rate plus 13 percentage points;
- that the customer has reviewed and accepts Ahlsell’s current applicable General Terms and Conditions of Sale, which can be found on the page General Terms and Conditions.
- Authorization. Since the customer is liable for all purchases made under the specified customer number, the customer is requested to always inform Ahlsell of any changes in authorizations. The customer’s representatives must, when making purchases, be able to identify themselves and provide the customer number (although Ahlsell assumes no responsibility for failure to verify), and the customer is responsible for ensuring that login credentials and similar information for Ahlsell’s e-commerce store do not fall into unauthorized hands. Ahlsell reserves the right to refuse a representative the right to make purchases if the representative cannot demonstrate proper authorization.
