Of course, we all want everything to be right from the start. But sometimes things have to be corrected, and we want to help you resolve the problem as quickly as possible. Have you regretted a purchase, are you missing an item or have you discovered that something was damaged along the way? Then you can easily return stocked items using our return and complaints service.

Returns – easy handling of goods you don't need

Did you order the wrong item, order more than you needed, or resolve a problem in some other way? You can easily return stocked items here, as your order history is saved.

Here’s how to make your return in 4 easy steps:

1. Selection of items

Select what you want to return. When you are logged in, you can view your orders and quickly find the items.

2. Return method

Select how you want to return the items. You can return the items to your nearest Ahlsell store yourself or have them picked up.

3. Summary and registration

Check that your return information is correct and approve.

4. Return and shipping documents

Print shipping documents and delivery notes and attach them to the parcels that are to be returned.

Complaints/discrepancies – if something has gone wrong, we will correct it

Sometimes things go wrong. There may be too many or too few items, or they may be defective. And complaints usually need to be dealt with quickly. Here you can submit a complaint about items around the clock, so that we can fix any problems more quickly.

How to submit your complaint in 5 easy steps:

1. Selection of items

Fill in the item you want to submit a complaint about. When you are logged in, you have access to your orders and can quickly find the items.

2. Additional information

Describe what is wrong and add a picture if necessary.

3. Approve Address

Fill in the contact details and the address where the goods are to be collected/replacement items are to be sent.

4. Registration

Check that all information about your complaint is correct.

5. Confirmation

You will receive confirmation of your complaint and a case number that you use in your continued contact with us at Ahlsell.
